The Chocolate Gallery is a creative project born in the heart of Williamsburg, New York, where art, storytelling, and chocolate come together as a single experience. Founded by Shahar and Anastasia, the brand transforms chocolate into a canvas, inviting artists from around the world to create bespoke illustrations that turn each package into a collectible work of art.

The visual identity of The Chocolate Gallery is deeply personal. The first packaging design was inspired by the streets of Williamsburg, depicting the founders’ corner loft and weaving in intimate details from their shared journey. Hidden within the illustrations are symbolic elements—milestones, personal references, and even the names of their children—subtly embedded as a celebration of love, family, and collaboration.
Each chocolate is designed to be discovered slowly: as the wrapper unfolds, the illustration reveals layers of meaning, leading to the true centerpiece—the chocolate itself. This concept extends to special editions, such as the Dubai chocolates, featuring owl characters with oversized eyes that act as guardians of the piece. Beneath each owl, a gold frame reveals the chocolate as the final artwork, reinforcing the idea that taste and visual art are equally important.
Guillermo’s illustrations bring this universe to life through a cast of characters, many inspired by members of the founders’ family, creating a narrative that feels intimate yet universal. The Chocolate Gallery is not just about flavor; it is about emotion, memory, and craft—where every piece is made with heart and wrapped with art.
